Fiona McPhail

Strategic cultural change: Human Resources, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing
Bio
Fiona has 30 years of experience within the public sector, with over 13 years in Higher Education as Divisional Head of HR, a role spanning Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, staff Wellbeing and Learning and Professional Development. She has worked at national level, including as National Project Manager for the introduction of Job Evaluation in Higher Education and has led at scale learning and development programmes, including across Europe.
As a consultant, Fiona is an advisor and Charter assessor. These include Investors in Diversity and Disability Confident Level 3, and advisor for Athena Swan and The Mental Health Charter.
An experienced facilitator and trainer, Fiona works with all levels of organisations to develop strategic leadership, managerial and operationally focussed sessions covering the full scope of the employee and service user journey. She runs a range of programmes on Diversity, from Strategic Leadership, Operational Implementation as well as sessions on Disability, Neurodiversity and legal duties.

Clare Dallaway

Bio
Clare has 30 years of experience within the public sector, with over 12 years as an Audiologist and over 10 years in senior leadership positions. During her NHS career Clare has worked in a variety of roles including service improvement, performance management, programme management and transformation and latterly in organisational development.
Over the past 11 years Clare has played a pivotal role across the Midlands as an executive coach supporting individuals and NHS leaders to move into senior leadership positions.

Carol Pearce

Carol has a background as a senior leader in the public sector. She works with individuals, as a coach, Trainer and therapist. She also works with organisations and teams to enhance business & personal development.
With a specialism in Emotional and Mental Wellbeing training Carol is OfQual accredited trainer in Mental Health Awareness, delivering the OfQual approved Mental Health Courses at Level 1, 2 & 3 and First Aid in Mental Health.
Carol is an Ofqual regulated First Aid Trainer, and able to deliver a range of courses.
