Personal Development Training
Invest in your people as individuals
Investing in your people as individuals pays back in confidence, wellbeing and retention. Our personal development training helps people take stock of where they are, plan where they want to go, and build the resilience to get there, from career development to managing stress and protecting their own wellbeing.
Our courses
Each course can be booked on its own, or combined, and delivered remotely or on site.

Career Development Review
This course explores a simple but important question, where am I now, and where do I want to get to? It gives people the tools to review their career to date, and to consider whether they are on the path they intended, want to develop differently, or take another direction. It looks at work life balance, and whether a career is serving someone well, not just financially but emotionally, so people leave with a plan of action to guide their next steps.

Women's Career Development Programme
This session gives women the opportunity to step back and look at their career goals. Are they where they want to be, and is the work they are doing serving them well? It helps redefine career ambitions while balancing other life commitments, and builds the confidence to try new approaches. It is a highly supportive course, with an engaging and interactive approach to career development.

Personal Wellbeing and Stress Management
Suitable for individuals and for organisations strengthening their wellbeing strategies, this course gives people the tools to look after their own wellbeing and manage stress. Participants assess where they are now, then explore approaches through reflection, relaxation and techniques such as anchoring and positive visualisation, looking at the stability zones in our lives and how to strengthen them, so people can respond to stress more healthily.
